Upon arrival, please register and present insurance or Medicaid information to the receptionist. Any change of address, telephone number, insurance coverage, or other information should be given at this time.

Dosing Information

Get the correct dosage of Tylenol and Ibuprofen/Motrin for your child. Check out these charts to get the correct dosage for your child's age/height/weight.
